14-day return policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags and protective materials
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to start a return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@primetimepiece.com so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest method is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. The item must remain unworn, unused, and in original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time on their end.
