PrimeTimepiece.com is an authorized retailer, and every watch purchased through our store is fully eligible for warranty coverage from the date of delivery.

What does our 3-Year Warranty mean?

For a full three years from the date you receive your watch, we will repair or service any qualifying manufacturing defect at no cost to you. This includes defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal conditions of use — such as a mechanical issue, assembly fault, or production flaw identified during normal wear.

What is not covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or modifications made outside of our authorized service process. Cosmetic damage to the case, glass, bezel, or bracelet — including scratches, dents, chips, or signs of daily wear — is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this policy.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your watch has a qualifying defect, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@primetimepiece.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and confirm whether it qualifies under this warranty.
  3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the watch back to us at no cost to you.
  4. Once we receive and assess the watch, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you. Turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days from receipt.
