We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and without hassle.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received, with no signs of wear
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and protective materials intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a depreciation assessment based on their condition.

Returns Are Free

We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. You will not be charged for sending an item back to us.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@primetimepiece.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • The reason for your return or exchange request

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping label. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@primetimepiece.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will review your claim promptly and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

Exchanges

If you would like a different model or variant, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange is approved and the original item returned and inspected, we will ship your replacement. Return shipping is covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

These items will be clearly marked on their product page before purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@primetimepiece.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.
