We work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Every watch is carefully packed and dispatched with tracking so you can follow its journey from our fulfillment center to your door.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment. Standard orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days. If you select express shipping at checkout, your order is processed the same business day, provided it is placed before our daily dispatch cutoff.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–10 business days, depending on your country and exact delivery address. Please note that orders shipping to remote or hard-to-reach international locations may require a few additional business days beyond the standard window. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Express orders receive same-day processing and priority dispatch. Delivery times for express shipping vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all countries. All orders are dispatched directly from our fulfillment center to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any delays or re-shipment costs caused by incorrect addresses may be passed to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We provide tracking information to help locate packages, but we cannot be held liable for items lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or providing courier delivery instructions at checkout.

Late Shipments
