Gilded Age is the most luxurious chapter of CIGA Design's GPHG-winning Blue Planet. The CNC-engraved relief Earth on the dial is gilded in 24K gold, so every ridge and coastline catches the light against a deep black background.
The case and bracelet are polished black ceramic, worked for more than 200 hours to a silky finish. It is light on the wrist, very scratch-resistant and lug-free, so the gilded globe stays the centre of attention under its domed sapphire crystal.
Inside is the Swiss-made CD-04-S automatic caliber driving CIGA's Asynchronous-Follow display: the rotating Earth brings hours and minutes together at a single reference point. Both the 43 mm and 46 mm versions come on a ceramic bracelet with a gold-tone butterfly clasp; the 46 mm also includes a black fluororubber strap.
